Shipping:
Shipping times given on this site are estimates. We do our very best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal system.
If your country is not listed during the checkout process, please get in touch. We will do our best to offer a solution.
 
Damaged or Defective Items:
Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, depending on your preference. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of the item and provide a photograph of the damage/defect so that we may fix the problem as soon as possible.

Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us that you intend to return them. You must pay the cost of returning the goods if they are not damaged or faulty. The goods must be returned in undamaged, as new condition.

Returning Goods:
When returning goods, they must be packed in a manner that protects against damage, so that they arrive with us in as new condition.

Refunds:
Refunds for returned items will be issued within 14 days of the goods arriving with us.
